About this wine
This wine is made with white Grenache 70% from 40 years-old vines in "tapàs" and "panal" terroirs, and Viognier 30%. After fermentation, we do the assemblage. This means that the half of the wine is aged in 300 litre French oak for 4 months and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to achieve the highest varietal expression. Tasting Notes: Powerful and lush entry full of well integrated flavours in the mouth. It is creamy with a extremely fresh and mineral finish that grants elegance to the wine.
