El Coscojal is a rare and highly expressive Pedro Ximénez from Sopla Poniente, sourced from old vineyards in Montilla-Moriles rooted in albariza soils. Shaped by long oxidative aging in traditional solera, the wine shows remarkable depth and balance, combining intense sweetness with freshness and mineral tension. Aromas of dried fig, raisin, toasted nuts, coffee and chocolate lead to a dense yet harmonious palate with a long, lingering finish.
