About this wine
Pure chardonnay from a single parcel in the premier cru village of Bisseuil. Mostly made in stainless steel, with a portion aged in barrel, where the malolactic fermentation was blocked. Low dosage. Pure, elegant and persistent, a fine example of the piercing quality coming from the new wave of young growers in Champagne.
