A barrel-fermented Chardonnay with elegant minerality and high fruit concentration. Vintage: 2021 Grape Variety: Chardonnay Winemaking: Barrel-fermented, aged 12 months on lees Visual: Medium golden color, clear and bright, with dense legs. Nose: Intense and highly complex, showing stone fruit aromas (peach, apricot) layered with notes of butter, bread, vanilla, and a distinctive chalky minerality. Palate: Creamy body with a dry palate and refreshing acidity balancing the elevated alcohol, leading to a long, well-balanced finish.
