On the nose, you will find ripened fruit that is harsh on the nose. The palate is clean with well-balanced acidity level and pleasant, lasting aftertaste. Full bodied, clean and lingering. Pairs very well with fish, seafood dishes and light meals in general Service temperature at 9ºC to 10ºC.
