DO Cava | Parellada, Xarel-lo, Macabeo Alcohol: 11,5% Vintage: NV Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color with new gold edges, with subtle and rich bubbles forming foam in the surface showing its aging and elegance. Nice apple and butter perfume with a subtle ocean breeze. Balanced, vibrant and fresh, maintaining good acidity and has a sweet mouth feel. Subtle and classy nuances. Aging is approx. 27 months.
