La Mancha, España Varietal: 100% Merlot Vintage: 2022/23 Alc.: 14.5% Tasting notes: Aromas of grain husks, strawberry, red bell pepper, and tomatillo with a silky, vibrant, dry light-to-medium body and a smooth, brisk pan con tomaté finish with light oak flavor. Serve between 14ºC to 16ºC. Ideal for pairing with meat and cheese. The wine is proudly produced by Bodegas Romero de Ávila Salcedo from La Solana, Castilla La Mancha in the heart of Spain. The family winery has 5 generations of winemaking experience dating back to the centuries. Throughout the years, they have carried on the tradition of aging their wines traditionally in ancient amphora vats that add to their wines body and fresh taste. Portento is a La Bodega exclusive!
