Elegant, fine, majestic... A wine aged for three months in vats, which faithfully represents the adaptation of this variety to our land. The Syrah grape is one of the spiciest varieties with a high tannin content that allows the production of fleshy wines with great aging capacity. A rare breed (rara avis) with which to surprise. Type: Red wine Origin: D.O. La Mancha, España Varietal: 100% Syrah Vintage: 2021 Alc.: 14.5% Tasting notes: Clean and bright cherry red color with violet hues. Fine and powerful aromas dance between red fruit and floral notes on the nose and palate. There are generous aromas and flavours of wild blueberry that intermingle with notes of vanilla, clove and black pepper. Soft and well-balanced on the palate with a velvety texture.
